Suggestion Automatically assign avatar identicon

Can you make a feature that would allow automatic avatar identicon unless user chooses not to and uses a custom avatar. I will make a contribution via paypal.

I know its not much, but I can offer $50 via paypal for making it default option for all users.

What I want is an addon with all features of "Avatar Identicon by Iversia" , but with caching enabled. Stable and supported.
