Bug Fixed Add a check if a question is collapsed

Hello, i noticed that, when you uncheck the "Display collapsed block" setting, already uncollapsed questions are collapsed when navigating to them via the sidebar. There should be a check implement to check if a question is already uncollapsed and prevent it being collapsed. Im not sure if this is classifiable as a bug or an improvement, please decide yourself.

Addon version: 1.5.2
Xenforo version: 2.3.4
