Suggestion Implemented Additional functions for [XFA] Voting

Hey there. I feel people who vote just kinda click and go, or it could be better placed. So the ideas I had were the following:

- Must add a reason to the vote they chose (positive or negative)
- Maybe make it so instead of polls on a thread, it showed this system and you can link the thread to it?
