Suggestion Implemented Authorized Users Unable to Add Tabs

This add-on works great with my admin account but no one else seems to be able to add tabs to existing threads. All the forums that are meant to have tabs have Authorize Tabs enabled.

All usergroup permissions are set to be able to view tabs and add tabs (except for Banned and Unconfirmed). Still, only the head admin is able to create tabs in threads. Viewing tabs is not an issue.

Is the mod currently set up in such a way that only the thread starter can add/create Tabs?

Yes only the thread starter can add/create tabs if he has the rights to.
But perhaps it would need a set of own/anyone permissions set for more use cases.
