Bug Fixed Award Timeout not working for avatar after upgrade

Award Timeout for is broken since the upgrade.

I have it set for 30 days and after install and the cron has ran, now, all winners have the winner banner on their avatar going back to the start (January).

Hum, maybe this is due to this bug fix:

Bug - Cannot Reproduce - User group promotion disappeared

I am using the user group promotion that you included. User has won at least X MOTM awards: 1 It worked before! But now, my January winner IS in the group, but my February winner is NOT (but was before). I ran the user group promotion cron, but no.

I might have put a fix in place and didn't change that area.

In fact it was correct in user profile but not in posts. Fixed.
