Suggestion Can 0-Price Resources Be Linked to Paid Parents?

What happens if I create a resource with a price of 0 and make it dependent on a parent resource? Will it only be downloadable if the parent resource is purchased, even though it costs 0?
Is it possible to create a resource with a price of 0 to begin with?

I don't recall that creating a resource with a price of 0 works.
As creation of a resource being a child is dependent of sales, you can't do that.

A different question, is it possible for a resource to have 2 optional parents, meaning user must have EITHER one in order to purchase the resource

No it’s not possible. It’s 1-1.

But both request would be something feasible for sure.

The later might be more problematic though.
