Bug Child Resource Shows "Add to Cart" Even After Parent License Is Revoked

When a user originally had a license for the parent resource and later had that license revoked, the parent resource behaves correctly (the download button is gone, and the purchase buttons show as expected)

The issue is with the child resources: they still show the "Add to Cart" button instead of the correct message, "You must purchase the parent resource"

Since the user no longer has a license for the parent, the expected behavior should be the same as if they never owned it. The child resource should display the restriction message instead of allowing it to be added to the cart before adding parent
