Support Commas not displaying on Who Read This Content

Hi, I have installed this on my site (v2.3) but comma separators are not being displayed Could you help at all please?

Just one question how you can install it without a licence ?

It is licensed, not in my name though. I'm an administrator on the site alongside the site owner.

Can you just give a the username of the licence owner please?
