Bug Fixed CSS Template missing

It seems that xfa_fss_thread_create.css is missing.

The templates xfa_fss_thread_create and xfa_fss_thread_edit require that CSS template but it is not listed...

It would be great to have that CSS template because I need to tweak the form a little bit...
