Good afternoon, when someone buys something using this product it is assigned the category of:

- Active: it comes out in green with the expiry date indicated.

- Expired:

a) If you allow to renew the subscription 1 month before, this mark appears at that time, despite not reaching the end date of the licence.

b) Once expired, it is no different from the previous case.

- Inactive: When do you see this option?

b) Inactive is when something went wrong during the purchase or you set a purchase as refunded.

- date of purchase (active until the final day of purchase)


- I have set up that the renewal can be done 30 days before the time expires, so once the time comes that you are allowed to renew it goes out as inactive.

If you edited the license and changed its date it's all working properly you just changed dates.
