Bug Fixed Error when addon is disabled

Hi,

When the addon is disabled and a user what to create a album they get errors

• XF\Db\Exception: MySQL query error [1364]: Field 'xfa_motm_thread_id' doesn't have a default value
• src/XF/Db/AbstractStatement.php:228
