Support No Answer Error when redirecting after purchase

When buying via PayPal, after redirecting to the website an error xfa_core_error_processing_payment appears
And the purchase is not issued to the buyer.

And after reloading this page the error xfa_core_error_processing_payment comes out

Have you been trying to purchase as a non logged in user ?
It would seem so as it's seems like it's missing a username.

I have looked at the code but I don't see where this problem could occur.

Yes, it happens every time you buy one.
I can't figure out what the problem is. Disabled all the plugins.
Tested it. Didn't work.

This message comes out of the standard xenforo message.

Could it be because I have xenforo 2.2.8.1?
