Suggestion Refused Future updates

Again im raising concerns regarding this addon but more so all across your addons. I provided feedback after running testing on my own site with your addon yet to our knowledge you haven't even updated your license for XF 2.2

This forum contains a wealth of requests that could make this add on so much more but over the last 18 months you have just done a few minor big fixes. I brought this up in a post when we upgraded to 2.1

Both occasions you say you are yet upgrade to the latest version to do any testing. You are quick to take peoples money but for that you must know you have to provide updates to keep any resource fresh. If you have no interest in updating or adding any new features to addons then I suggest you be up front and honest with all your license owners not just for this resource.

This addon is key to my website however id rather pay someone hundreds of pounds to provide something that is going to improve rather than fund something that will remain as it is.

I look forward to hearing from you.

It's not a question of interest, it's a question of lack of time.

As I already explained in different posts, XenForo development is not my day job.
This is one of the reason why our add-ons price are not that high.

There is indeed a lot of suggestions and I am considering various one for sure.
However, the income since xF2 release as decreased, that's one of the reason we are providing less features implementation to focus on custom work which provides income to us.
Covid has also been a reason of us slowing down.

I will definitely check add-ons for xF2, I have started to.

You say income has decreased and I can see why. Updates are very few and far between. I appreciate this is not your day job but you also have to keep in mind that your customers rely on your addons for their forums to function. You have customers with current licenses so thee first thing you do is make sure your XF license is up to date yet I see forum posts with you saying that you haven't even purchased it yet.

Listen im not asking for you to bust your balls as we all have a life outside of your forums. But what I see from the outside is various customers frustrated with either lack of fixes or updates especially around the release of XF 2.2. Yep I also manage a team of 1500 people through COVID so know how difficult it can be. Plan ahead because people on here are waiting for your updates.

Our license is up-to-date, I started to work on xF2.2 already ;)

The income decrease it not related to our lack of updates on our add-ons.
We saw it from xF2 release started.

Yes but its taken you long enough to update.

Thats fine about the decrease but again you should be honest with your current liecense owners and stop ignoring suggestions. I suggest you start to mark addons as updated but with no further features to be added. That way everyone is clear with your intentions.

I never said I don't intend to introduce new features.
That's why I am keeping them opened.

However, I perhaps should refuse some that I consider to be way too complicated to implement based on how the add-on was initially coded.
Some of yours are part of it (eg. user code submit in round robin).

That would be the sensible thing to do.
