Bug Not a bug I can't create tabs on the threads

I have adjusted the permissions for the group of administrators and for registered users:

• Add thread tabs: yes
• View thread tabs: yes

I have checked the box in node settings (Authorize Tabs), as indicated in the instructions, and I can't find a way to add tabs when I create a new thread.

Edit: I'm sorry, I was not doing it right, the tabs are created a posteriori, editing after creating the thread.
