Support Issue with PayPal Payment Routing in RM Marketplace

I am currently experiencing an issue with the payment processing in our setup. We use XenForo for payment processing and have configured PPConfiguration.php as stipulated in the setup documentation. However, we've noticed that all payments for products purchased from our sellers are being deposited directly into our business PayPal account rather than into the respective seller's account.

System Configuration:

  • RM Marketplace version: 5.2.1
  • [XFA] Core version: 1.14.1
  • Commission: Set to 0%
  • PayPal Account Type: Business (both for us and our sellers)
It's worth mentioning that this is my first time actively using the marketplace, although I've owned the add-on for nearly a year.

I'd appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

How did you configure your categories wrt. payment configuration ?

Did you set it to "Let user asks..." ?

It is currently set to "Use forum-wide payment information". Is "Let user asks" what is should or shouldn't be set to?
