Support Refused Moving the tabs out of the forum_list template?

As of right now, the tabs are part of the forum_list template and it causes the sidebar to not align with the forum nodes. Is there any way to move the tabs to another template?

The sidebar is aligned with the tabs.

No there is no simple way as the sidebar is part of the page container.
