Support No Answer Not Sure How this Works

I have just installed this on my forum but really cannot see how it works. My settings are as follows.



So firstly I cannot see how you make it tag items without tags in them.

The other thing is I created a thread and never put in any tags and when posted it still appeared without tags?

Don't worry I worked it all out and eventually removed it as there is no way it will work on a large forum

Why wouldn't it work on large forum ?
