Suggestion Implemented Only suggest/auto add existing tags

I only want existing tags which I've created to by suggested or automatically added. Would be great to have an option to only suggest/create existing tags. Thanks.

This is actually a huge problem, since as it is currently implemented it won't even suggest existing tags that contain multiple words, let alone restrict suggestions to existing tags.

Also would be nice to have the Suggested additional tags field use autocomplete with existing tags (note, there is built in functionality in ACP to do this - see ACP > Content > Tags > Merge (start typing a tag and it will autocomplete).

Only suggesting existing tags would be way too intensive and memory could be insufficient so i am not implementing this.
I implemented the autocomplete however
