Not sure what this section means. How can I make it so slider is not visible on moblie? I tried saving as "0" but it reverts back to "1"

and I can't get the slider to slow down no matter what I set it for. I tried both using the main options and the override options.

I found the template to change font size/color but transparency doesnt work because the text box doesn't overlap the image box, its stacked below image
