Bug Not a bug Photo is deleted

there is a bug on site now. So memebrs has submitted their photo, and for some reason the addon is deleted automatically the second photo submitted . Can you have a look please ? Thanks

If you limit to one entry per user it's normal.

My apologies, I think is all sorted. Images ha ls been deleted by mistake.
