If I keep 10% of the sale and the buyer charges back. Does it take the money from me and the seller? I'm trying to find out of the seller is going to lose out on 100% of the purchase if it's charged back or if it takes the 10% from me and then 90% from the seller.

When the buyer pays he directly pays 10% to you and 90% to the buyer from the price set by the seller.

Upon chargeback, it's a one to one, meaning if the seller charges back, you keep the 10% unless you also chargeback.
