Suggestion Rate directly in the thread page

Hi, i think if we can rate directly in the thread page where we see raputation, it will be more easy for users to understand and no need to go and search where thay can press rate button.
And, if it was rated in the thread or post, better if that post was shown with comment, Other users can see for which post user was rated, it will be much informative.
