Suggestion Implemented Reminder Emails for Abandoned Carts

Add a feature that sends a reminder email to buyers who left X items in their cart without checking out. Make the number of items to trigger the email configurable

To avoid spam as well, make sure it doesn’t send again if the user already received an email within X days, even if they create multiple carts

What did you mean by "even if they create multiple carts" ?

I meant that a user adds some resources to their cart for the first time, meets the conditions for a reminder email, and gets the email. Later, they log in, clear their cart or check out, but then add new resources again (whether the same ones or different ones). I don’t want the addon to keep resending the reminder email every time, there should be some kind of cooldown or delay to prevent that. Just a random thought, not sure if it’s even an issue worth solving or how online stores usually handle it. But having a cart reminder feature in general would be cool

Ah understood, there is a field that monitors cart updates so the reminder timeout would be reset if they add new resources.
