Suggestion Implemented Set minimum for sale amount

Like the RM Marketplace, a minimum price can be set for resources(I renamed it all to listings).

With the forum sales addon, I had a user mark the item as a thread for sale, but did not enter anything else. This left the price at 0.00 for a bunch of items, and that not only doesn't look right but I don't think that would transfer well to paypal.

There is one oddity though... there is a "Minimum Price" phrase below the price field that lists the minimum prices. I think it reads like 11111,- EUR and can irritate the seller. If the minimum prices would be different it would read like "43533948482" which would even more be very odd. I would think that if this is already in the drop down menu, the second placement is redundant.

Oh damn forgot to remove that phrase...

I wanted to put the minimum price below but then I thought that there were multiple currencies...
