Is there a solution, maybe a separate addon, to provide support by the author for the sold addons?
For example: A module is for sale, one purchase per domain, the author wants to provide individual support only for a specific domain, for which support has not ended yet. In order not to check the domain in your list or not. And the user chooses to create a ticket from his purchased licenses, and the author will be sure that he should provide support. It is possible in the LAN or in private topics that the author and the buyer see.
