Support No Answer Unable To Install On Xenforo

Hey I've been trying to install new-add on's and have been getting this error message. As soon as I choose the file and hit the install button it takes me to this page, an I have the following error. Xenforo devs referred me here

if you mean the xenforo error log here it is....whenever I try to install the image slider add-on it brings up this specific error

sorry I am so behind, but is it possible we can attempt to resolve this? I changed some things and am still having the issue

absolutely, I just saw your skype info and I will add you on there, unless its easier to do the ftp in that case i can pm you the credentials
