Support Resolved Unable to update or create new slider

my sliders stopped working recently not sure why no changes were made.

The existing ones are working fine but I cannot create new ones or update existing without recieveing an error

is it possible for you to take a look and see what is happening?

its one of the most important and useful plug ins i have so I need to be able to update it
