Support Block Not Displaying

Hi! I want to display a block showing the members of the Group called GoldMember. I have uploaded your UsergroupBlock folder, enabled it, and set every group that exists to be able to view it in their permissions. The block does not display. Included with your zip file was a folder outside of your upload folder called [Bd] Widget Framework, am I supposed to use that? if so, how?

Disregard this, well partially. Must be a THEME issue because the block is not displaying on Home page or on Forums list or actual posts, but it is displaying along with personal data such as Members page and each individual's Profile page, and the Competitions page. Seems random.

Hi

For BD widget file is for an addon called BD widget framework, you don’t need if you have this addon
Concern XF1 addon we don’t provide support anymore so you can try to ask to theme developper
