Support No Answer Can I use phrases to translate countries, regions and subregions?

Hello there,

a few of my users are from "Cologne" in Germany. This is spelt "Köln" in german and I'd like to be able to display the city names via phrases.

The smiley category system features a similar approach, I guess.

Is not possible to translate city, country are any other data via phrase, because all data are stored in map table and for city data are retrieve via google
