Hello

Forum Sales does not work at all for me but causes a lot of server problems and slows down the whole forum. No i dea how and why. I set it up as shown in your manuals. Please help.

It's all related to your AddIn. Had such problems already before with your AddIns, and you had to help me or i had just to wait 2-3-4 versions higher to get them work satisfying.

Guys, it is acceptable if an addin is not perfect on the first try but i totally disagree to pay money for being an "alpha tester"... I simply don't have the time for that.

You guys have great ideas for addins but i will stop buying if every time it starts with such a desaster...

Hope you can solve those problems quickly...without admin-access to my forum !

Hello,

This product is working perfectly, you are the only one to experience such issue.
I don't know if the issue comes from the first error which is one that should not be there, you have to follow the RM Marketplace FAQ as stated on the product page.

The FAQ is there:

Both RM Marketplace and Forum sales uses the same paypal API.

Try to follow that first then we'll see about the other errors if they are still there but noone had such errors.

Hi Clement
I do not use a business paypal account for the forum.... So for what the API ???
Your documentation says "IF" you have a business account which it not is.
All other transactions (donations, user upgrades etc.)with this account work fine in my forum...
So, if your product works "perfectly" it should be able to handle an simple private paypal account without API, isn't it ?
If i need a business account to make your addin work....sorry it does not fit for me...

Any ideas ?

Hi,

No no the API is needed due to the percentage on sales thing that is implemented into the add-on, whether you use it or not.

It is stated Marketplace but is the same for Forum sales so just follow
The first part, ie. APP_ID stuff shouldn't be needed if you don't have a business account.
